As the executor of my parents' estate and currently living out of the state of Rhode Island, Michelle Keach was instrumental in the sale of our lake house. Even in a down real estate market, Michelle was always positive and worked tirelessly to make sure the house was prepared for sale. I met Michelle when she was looking for a house for her client. I had put a FSBO sign out that day and she called within hours saying that her client liked the area and may be interested. She was very thorough, courteous, and professional. I was so impressed that I traded in my FSBO sign for her RE/MAX sign and the house sold quickly. My pet peeve with realtors is they get the listing and then they disappear since they are playing the get as many listings as possible and things will close game. She was honest and told me the good, the bad, and the ugly and didn't try to appease me just to get the listing and then come back and tell me I should really lower the price - we didn't lower the price and we got very close to our asking price. I would recommend Michelle to anyone, I'm sure you will be happy if you choose to use her services.

This is a big thing when selling a home, nothing more frustrating than not knowing what is happening with your house. In my case, I was looking to buy. Michelle definitely paid attention to the details I told her I wanted in a house, including setting and location. I was new to house buying and she knows a lot more about houses than just the cosmetics. If she saw something about the house that could potentially be a problem down the line, she made sure to tell me about it. She worked as a buyer's agent and wasn't just out to sell me the first house I showed interest in. My situation was a short sale which dragged out for 4 months. Michelle was very helpful and encouraging through the whole process. All my questions were answered very quickly.
